The Bugan moves erratically, although within a certain radius of its spawn point. It must be defeated within 60 seconds of its appearance, or the associated quest will fail, and the Bugan will despawn.

Interaction

Although the Bugan is attackable, it is not technically considered in combat. Therefore, skills such as Oathbreaker's Shame cannot be used against it.
