Talk to the Emissary and then /say the Khuzdul passphrase, "Shamukh Uthrokhar, Uzbadu Bazari Uznanul", (without quotes) to obtain the key. You must enter the text in the "Say" chat channel. The discussion thread for this quest chain indicates that the exact capitalization matters, though entering the text in all-lowercase also appears to work. Other variations may also be possible, e.g. entering the text with the correct Khuzdul diacritics. Use the Keyhole (not the door itself) to open the door. The stone awaits you inside.

Bestowal Dialogue Speak the Words "The Emissary awaits. It is time to speak the words." Background The time has come to speak the password to the Emissary. Objective 1 Talk to the Emissary You should talk to the Emissary in the Mountains of Shadow Chamber. The Emissary: 'The time has come to prove yourself worthy. Speak the words in the King's chosen language.' Objective 2 Speak the Words The Emissary has asked you to speak the pass code in "the King's chosen language". You should speak the words to the Emissary. You say, 'Shamukh Uthrokhar, Uzbadu Bazari Uznanul' The Emissary roars with delight! Objective 3 Talk to the Emissary The Emissary: 'You are worthy! Take this. By your own hands the door may be unlocked. Reunite the stones. All will serve the Master!' He reaches into the gaping maw that comprises most of his body, produces an ancient key, and hands it to you. Objective 4 Unlock the door You have the key! You should unlock the door and retrieve the second stone! Objective 5 Take the second stone The door is open! You should retrieve the second stone! Mysterious Stone: The second stone is yours!
