Bio
Born in T.A. 2989, Caendros grew up in Dol Amroth with a comfortable childhood. His father served as a Swan Knight of Gondor until he was killed in service as Caendros approached his 20th year of age, though not before instilling a fair amount of his experience in battle beforehand.
While the prospect of following in his father's footsteps in service of Gondor was appealing, Caendros' wanderlust lead him elsewhere.
Having a rudimentary level of skill in arms, he found employment with a merchant guild as a caravan guard. As a caravan guard, Caendros traveled to various settlements such as Bree and Edoras earning a fair wage to send home to his widowed mother, building up a large sum of savings for her.
It was on one such trip, during his 27th year, to the town of Bree that his caravan would be overrun by am unusually large and organized group of brigands rendering him unconscious.
He would awaken to find himself stripped of his armor and equipment, in a prison, a captive of the brigands. Before him stood a peculiar cloaked man. Caendros did not yet know it, but this was the true start of his story...
Story
With help from the cloaked man, named "Strider", Caendros alongside a duo of hobbits and a ranger of the north escaped from the brigand camp. Unfortunately a growing fire and encounter with a Black Rider hastened their retreat before he could retrieve his equipment. The group made their way to the nearby town of Archet, hoping to take a respite while tending to the wounds of ranger, named Amdir.
Over the course of a day, Caendros worked with Strider to uncover the growing threat of Blackwolds targeting the town. During this time, Caendros assembled a serviceable set of equipment to aid in repelling the brigand threat.
Eventually the threat would be realized and the town of Archet would burn during an assault by the Blackwolds. Caendros would aid in the defense of the town, ultimately helping to repel the brigands, but not without the town sustaining extensive damage and several perishing.
