Successful strikes with Hammer Down now remove all active bleeds dealing bonus damage for each bleed that is removed.

Additionally, for each bleed that is removed, increases the Incoming Damage on the target by +2.5% for 5 seconds.

Applies the bleed Rupture Artery.
