Minimum of Level 10 to obtain the quest. All of the objectives are located within the Abodes of Erebor neighborhood. The central overlook is located at the Court of Games on the upper courtyard. [14.5N, 139.2W] The geode house is located in the southwest of the Abodes. [14.4N, 140.2W] The modest homes are along the lower causeway. The deluxe homes are along the upper walkways. The kinship house is located at the far north of the Abodes. [17.7N, 139.2W] The provisions and crafting hall has several entrances. Near the kinship house [17.4N, 139.6W] Near the geode house [14.1N, 139.8W] Near the central overlook [14.1N, 138.6W]

Bestowal dialogue 'Greetings <race>, have you heard the news? My brethren in Erebor have reclaimed the last of golden hoards left by Smaug the terrible. After much toil, this great hall has been restored to its former glory!' 'In honour of this momentous time, King Thorin III has commanded us to open its doors to all that we might share in its beauty. While the greatest of its treasures have been removed for safe keeping, the gold remains as a reminder of our past.' Background The gates to the final golden hoard of Smaug are open and the Dwarves of Erebor see to inhabit this great hall once again. Objective 1 Visit the Erebor neighbourhood. Visit the central overlook Visit the Geode of Ironfoot Road Visit a modest home along Wyrmhoard Bridge Visit a deluxe home along Oakenshield Way or Ironfoot Road Visit the kinship hall Visit Erebor Provisions and Crafting Hall The entrance to the golden hoard can be found along the western walls of Tumnu-dûm, the Dwelling-halls in Erebor. You should visit and explore the newly-restored hall. The great hall stands before you, gleaming green and gold. Great causeways stretch to the north, leading to the kinship hall You pass an unusual garden and see an even more unusual home You see a small dwelling that could be cozy with the right decorations You see an impressive home with multiple yards You discover a magnificent estate, rife with possibility This winding hall is host to a number of town services Objective 2 Talk to Gárthi Lockwarden You should return to the entrance of the neighbourhood to speak with Gárthi Lockwarden.
