Fury of Storm skills will activate this effect on yourself if you have the trait Master of Tragedy equipped.
The buff tiers up each time you use a lightning skill, to a maximum of five. When the buff reaches five, the effect icon changes from black-and-white to colour and you are granted one Writ skill (Writ of Health, -Fire or -Cold) without induction or cooldown.
