Skill Information

The Guardian skill  Litany of Defiance cashes out all Fortification or Improved Fortification stacks to double their mitigation for 15 seconds. The effect Cannot Be Fortified is also bestowed to you. However, you can immediately rebuild Fortifications with your shield skills, enabling you to reach up to 90% mitigations for a short time: 60% from your gear and both the maximum tiers of Litany of Defiance and Improved Fortifications for 20% and 10% additional mitigations.
