This item gives the player the ability to raise the rank cap on your Skirmish Soldier and Skirmish traits beginning at level 7 with each token purchased starting with Rank 15. Use of this item is account-wide. Purchase of the following ranks allows you to further train your soldier and increase its effectiveness in skirmishes.
