Although the lower ranks of Many Hands bestow only a percentage chance of power restoration (only the max rank is 100%), the effect shows on the tooltip of this skill, without any reference to probability.

• Wearing four pieces of the Armour of the Navigator increases the duration of this skill's effects by 10 seconds.
