Clegur is a Stoor-hobbit settlement in the southern tip of the Stoor-vales of Swanfleet. ^{[65.1S, 29.1W]}

This village, led by Mayor Malmadog Torlan, is home to many hunters and foragers giving it a reputation for its meat, in no small part due to the diverse and abundant amount of wildlife in the surrounding wilderness.

They have recently been plagued by brigands that have setup camp in the north at Radlaw.
