Appraise Item
Appraise Item is a new option added to the Legendary Items panel with update 30.3.
Appraising an existing slotted Legendary Item will grant a certain number of new currencies that can be used to advance new post-update 30.3 Legendary Items. The number of currencies granted is based on the character's level and the advancement of the Legendary Item. Each Legendary Item can only be appraised once.
A maxed out level 100 imbued Legendary item at tier 652 will grant the following:
- 5,400 Ancient Scripts
- 270 Enhancement Runes (Rare quality) of the character's level
- 86 Enhancement Runes (Incomparable quality) of the character's level
- 9 Shattered Traceries (of a type determined by character level; for example Shattered Morgul Tracery)
NOTE: the tooltip for Shattered Traceries shows as "Fragmented" Traceries for the inventory items. On barter, however, the "Shattered" nomenclature is used.
A maxed out non-imbued Legendary Item at level 70 will grant the following:
- 3,600 Ancient Scripts
- 150 Enhancement Runes (Rare quality) of the character's level
- 50 Enhancement Runes (Incomparable quality) of the character's level
- 5 Shattered Traceries (of a type determined by character level)
NOTE: the tooltip for Shattered Traceries shows as "Fragmented" Traceries for the inventory items. On barter, however, the "Shattered" nomenclature is used.
