New popup javascript

I'm working currently on an update of Pcj's popup javascript, as our script is really outdated and partially broken. Currently I removed those parts from the file and on first sight the rest is required in order to work properly. I'd appreciate any proofreading of the script or any comments about it.
I'm starting the discussion here, as I think we really should move the popup script into Common.js (or somewhere else in the Mediawiki namespace) in the near future. --EoD 09:27, 31 March 2011 (EDT)

Altrows code

Continuing on from part of what Seth said here, it would be nice if someone who knows more js than me could remove all the js code for altrows tables here. It should probably work fine without any of it nor modifications to current css, since we already have all the css needed to create it by itself I believe (and if not, there shouldn't be much to be added) .
