New Topics

we have to find a way to use some skills or traits that are common for more then one class without creating separate pages for those, a few examples:

all of the above are each set of the same skills, so we need further modifications to the template... --Xander 10:55, 9 April 2007 (PDT)

Is it just for a few? We could easily redirect the pages and add the additional categories outside the skills box. --Hinney 11:28, 9 April 2007 (PDT)
Yeah it always starts with a few =) but i need to think more often outside of a box... i mean template... good thinking! --Xander 11:31, 9 April 2007 (PDT)

Add Infobox category

I'm trying to add "Category:Infobox templates" to all the "Template:Infobox Whatever" pages, so that once one has found one it's easy to find the rest. But this page seems to be locked from editing. Will someone please add this? Banaticus 15:05, 27 April 2007 (PDT)

New Field

A lot of my minstrel skills now say "Tactical" under the icon in a dark-cyan shade - I've seen this on some LM skills too. Similarly, my champ has "Melee" in the same position/color. (Suggested field name "skill type") Needs to be optional. There's also a couple of changes needed as mentioned here. I don't want to risk breaking something that affects so many pages so can someone who knows what they're doing ;) add them please? DancesInTrees 00:52, 1 July 2007 (PDT)

Typo?

Hey there, I noticed that in the image line, the text says PAGENAMEE instead of PAGENAME - This is a typo, right? And if so, is it ok to fix it? I wasn't sure whether there was some good reason for it to have two E's, or not. --Adelas 09:04, 27 November 2007 (PST)

PAGENAMEE uses underscores for spaces where PAGENAME doesn't. Using a name like image_name.png is better than "image name.png" and teh PAGENAMEE helps correct that. --Hinney 09:59, 27 November 2007 (PST)

This should use the Item Tooltip support

As the title says, I think this should have the item tooltip support added to it -- yeah, yeah... I'll get to it. Just a "note" for myself when I get to that part :-p --Eleazaros 11:41, 25 January 2008 (PST)

XHTML correction

The MediaWiki software use xhtml 1.0 transitional which means that all tags need to have an endtag (amongst other things). This means for example simple things like
need to now be <br></br>. A shorthand however is present for things like br, hr, link etc which is simply <br />, <hr /> and <link ... /> for example.

New Information

I need someone to update this template or create a new Traits template with this information added:

| set-name = The name of the trait set
| trait list = List of all traits in the trait set
| second equipped = Actual text: 2 Equipped
| set-bonus 2 = List bonuses for 2 traits equipped
| third equipped = Actual text: 3 Equipped
| set-bonus 3 = List bonuses for 3 traits equipped
| fourth equipped = Actual text: 4 Equipped
| set-bonus 4 = List bonuses for 4 traits equipped

This is placed at the bottom of class traits with the new patch. The name of the trait set is orange, the names of the traits in that set are grey until you have that skill equipped then it is an off white; and they are indented a tab space, and the trait bonuses are grey until you qualify for that bonus and then it is green; and the 2 Equipped etc are left aligned while the bonuses on the following line are indented.

Hope that my descriptions are clear enough to understand. Please post a message on my talk if you are working on this or have questions.. need a screenshot.. ect. OR let me know if you think this would be better outside of the template as additional text in the article. It's in the in-game tooltip. Rogue 12:16, 20 November 2008 (PST)
