Tactical Information
This reduced the cooldown on Deep Breath to 7.5 minutes, allowing it to be used much more often. As Deep Breath eliminated the cooldown on Thrill of Danger, Guardian's Pledge, and Warrior's Heart, this was a useful trait for any Guardian who often found themselves in sticky situations. However, it being in The Keen Blade trait line reduced its utility for a Shield-bearer, as the trait set bonus would not often be useful.
