Seed

Seeds are planted by Farmers in farmlands. Many, but not all, seeds can be purchased from Novice Farmhands and Expert Farmhands. Once planted the seeds will turn into fields, which can be harvested to produce either a fair or poor harvest. Fair harvests can be turned into crops, which are ingredients for cooks with the appropriate farmer recipe. Poor harvests can be turned back into seeds with farmer seed recipes, reducing the need to buy them from farmhand NPCs.

Grain seeds are used as part of Farmer Grain Recipes (or Farmer Crops Recipes) and grown in a Grain Farmland.
