Bestowal dialogue
'You have grown both in body and in spirit, (player), and are now a guardian of great prowess. The Free Peoples are lucky to have one so courageous working tirelessly in their defence.
'The number of guardians that have achieved your level of skill are few, (player). The dwarf Wáli is one, and by his stout heart are the plans of many foes thwarted. Wáli may have words for a guardian such as you, if you seek him out at his station.
'Wáli maintains his vigilance at the outpost of Noglond, south of Thorin's Hall and west of the dwarf-city of Gondamon in Ered Luin. Speak to him if you wish to know the counsel of a courageous guardian.'
