'Those among the Orcs of Dol Dínen who have faced and survived battles are awarded battle-medallions. If we can defeat these veterans, the resolve of the greater force will be weakened, and there is some hope that they might be held at bay.
'Bring me Orc battle-medallions as proof of your strength and valour, and we shall support your efforts in any way we can.'

Nethúr has told you that veteran Orcs carry special medallions signifying their achievements.
Objective 1
Orcs can be found in Dol Dínen, south-east of Esteldín, in the North Downs. Nethúr is at Esteldín.
Nethúr has asked you to collect the battle-medallions of the veteran Orcs and bring them to her.
Reward
