Quest Giver
Mudhun is just below Grothum in the Ettenmoors or he is located inside the Isendeep Mine. He offers this quest from both locations but only from Grothum 1 time, when the creeps first take the mine.
After completion of the Grothum escort quest, he will be found inside the mine and still offer a version of this quest.
Bestowal dialogue
Frightened are we who would work in those mine. Pitiful worms we are, afraid of the drakes and the cave-claw. More afraid of the Free People.
You will watch over us as we walk to the mine, yes?
If you do this we know you will protect us inside the mine. Lead me, please.
Background
Controlling the Isendeep mine means that the goblins can get back to work. The mining leader Mudhun is loathe to lead his fellows into the depths without some support. It falls to you to lead this frightened wretch into the Isendeep. Pathetic.
Objective (from Grothum)
- Talk to Mudhun to begin.
- Escort Mudhun to the entrance of the Isendeep Mine.
- This is a very quick and easy quest, he just runs up the path to the entrance and disappears before reaching the freep guards at the entrance. All of about 5 minutes from start to finish.
- These quests count as Isendeep quests towards the travel map deeds.
