Quest Giver
Soldier Glat is in Tol Ascarnen, Ettenmoors, downstairs in the western room with the quest givers and collection status flags.
Bestowal dialogue
Well, the War-tyrant isn't satisfied with just oil. He wants iron, he says, for the oil.
My head swims a moment, and I realize what he's saying. We need ore, iron ore to build a great iron belly to house the oil. Then we'll heat the oil and douse those wretches. Cooked meat for all!
We know that the Isendeep Mine houses a great deal of ore. Go there, or if you think it too far a trek, find the dwarves. Those bearded slugs carry the ore sometimes.
Background
The Free Peoples will return to take Tol Ascarnen, and Angmar's defenders wish to strengthen the walls with deterents that will drive the foe away.
