Paranoia gives the Chicken Player increased stealth detection. However, you should still move slowly and stop frequently to avoid moving too close to a stealthed mob before it is detected. In areas with many stealthy enemies, the cooldown for this ability should be carefully managed, even if it requires waiting in one place for a minute before using it again.
