Real Life Inspiration
The NPC Owen Farfield is a tribute to British author Owen Barfield, a notable member of The Inklings literary group which included Prof. JRR Tolkien, and C.S. Lewis among other famous authors. The Inklings met regularly in the London pub the Eagle and Child which was commonly referred to as the Bird and Baby.
In the NPC dialogue during the quest Missing the Meeting, NPC Owen Farfield mentions his book 'The Silvered Horn' which is a reference to Owen Barfield's book The Silver Trumpet.
