Welcome to Project:Creatures, which concerns Creatures (Mobs) found in the game, including those documented in Instances.

New creatures can be created with the Create new Creatures tool.

Plans

The goal of this project is to have all creatures found in-game documented. This should probably be done by going through region after region and adding all creatures found.

Completed

We have 196 creatures documented so far according to the Creatures category.

• New template created (utility template) to get the Creature Genus. Template:Genus. It should help simplify categorization of creatures by Genus then Species. The Template:Get Creature Type was a tad weak in its implementation.

Work In Progress

Not much is currently being worked on, but that should change soon.

Things To Do

"There is quite a lot to do", simply put.

• The template Template:Creature Info is way to cumbersome, lacking in categorization and attempts to summarize details that should be expanded on the page. It is probably doable as a template but needs a LOT of work. I just built a template Template:Infobox MP Mob for Monster Play. That will be used for Monster Play creature information and will include specifics to monster play (such as a faction alignment icon for the creature in it's name header).
