Description
Lobelia Sackville-Baggins is a cousin-in-law of Bilbo Baggins, widow of Bilbo's cousin Otho Sackville-Baggins.
After many long years of coveting the Baggins family's rather large Hobbit-hole, Bag End, Lobelia has finally acquired Bag End when Frodo Baggins sold it to the Sackville-Bagginses before he left the Shire to move to Crickhollow in Buckland.
Lobelia and her son, Lotho Sackville-Baggins can be found outside of Bag End, in The Hill of Hobbiton.
