• Acies Invictus - We are a relaxed, close-knit, family-style kinship. We have been on LoTRO since closed beta and were one of the first kinships formed in open beta. We have core members who have been together since as early as EQ1 and have been under this name since Shadowbane. This is only a game and should always be viewed as such and that is why our only requirement is that you have fun! We are always looking for new members seeking fun, friendship, and family!

• Aegis of The Dawn A recently formed guild. We are very relaxed and focus on just enjoying the game. We look for more mature players but most are welcome. Most members are in the Combe/Bree area at the moment so feel free to ask any of the members about us. Welcome to LOTRO and hope to see you all in-game!

• Angrenost A light hearted group of adventurers dedicated to eachother and a fun gaming experience. We have a solid core group and are looking for other great personalities to add to our collection! • Blessed Souls - Blessed Souls! The Kinship is Led by Astasiana and Redviper. The Goal of the kinship is to be the #1 Kinship and the Largest in the MMO: Lord of the rings Online. • Brotherhood of the Balrog - Brotherhood of the Barlog! The kinship is led by Jenniwyn. A casual and friendly guild focused on helping players achieve their goals, along with participating in all of the end-game content. Members of all ages, experience, and levels are welcome to the brotherhood, as we are always finding ways to help each other gain experience in MMOs. Our kinship consists of roleplayers, at least 5 grand masters of each craft, and more than sixty level 50 characters, and more than 250 members. Have fun, be safe, and happy hunting :).

• Carpe Jugulum - A social guild with many members who are fans of Terry Pratchett's Discworld series. Being a fan is not a pre-requisite for joining. However, a desire to have fun and actually enjoy the game without pressuring everyone else to rush to end-game seems to help.

• Circle of Mithril - A group of friends originally from Lineage 2 servers. Original name was uL2Mafia, but moved to other games and needed a more Generic name. We have members in the US and Europe. • Ciril River Guild - A small, humble kinship who enjoy helping its members out, having a good time, and all around casual gameplay. Planning to stay small until its members have more experience and can offer better assistance to new player to the game.

• In Vas Por - A group of video game addicts who enjoyed a wide arrange of games. In Vas Por is a power word from the video game Ultima Online meaning Earthquake or when broken down it refers to a great movement. This guild is currently casual due to the games new release but will eventually progress towards heavier raid schedule once it becomes available.

• Kings of the Hill - Very friendly kinship that enjoy's exploring middle earth with each other. We spend our time helping kinmates out. We would love to expand with mature, friendly people. Please contact Killyun in game.

• Scarlet Underground - is a guild made up mostly of experienced, mature MMOGers with a community history dating back to the early days of the original Everquest. Born from the remnants of the Everquest guild on Terris-Thule, we continue the guild's rich tradition of being perhaps not the most uber guild, but most certainly one of the most well respected in the community. We continue to be a small, tight-knit group of individuals who value friendship and family over levels and loot.

• The Chains of Tulkas -This is a diverse group whose mettle is forged together with a common goal, to bind the evil of Melkor and his servants in Middle Earth. The chains of Tulkas are named after Angaino, The Oppressor, the chain that Aulë made with which the Valar were to bind Melkor. Made from seven metals: copper, silver, tin, lead, iron, and gold, and tilkal. Aulë, with his magic, made the seventh metal, tilkal, by taking a portion of each of the six mentioned, it had all the properties of the six, as well as many of its own. It was so heavy that only Tulkas was able to carry it alone.

• The Brotherhood of Unity - After adventuring together for many years, conquering numerous beasts and having more fun than there is time to tell an allegiance from Asherons Call has found its way to Middle Earth. The Brotherhood of Unity, long a staple of AC's frostfell server has a new home on LOTRO's Silverlode server. We stand for helping fellow traveler's find their way, to lend a hand or a kind word when needed. Those wishing to do the same are welcome to join our kin in this effort. We support both the casual and more intent players as well as the crafter. After a year in Clan of Dereth a group of members has decided to start our kin up again in LOTRO. • The Council of Valenar - The Council of Valenar Guild is founded upon the following four missions: (1) to mediate and reconcile grievances of members and guild allies, (2) to foster and assist fledgling potential guild members, (3) to represent the interests of the guild and its members to the denizens and organizations of Middle Earth, and (4) to represent the interests of the guild and its members to Turbine. • The Lost Army (TLA) - Formed during the early days of Beta in Lord of the Rings Online. TLA has a very rich tradition on Silverlode being among the oldest Kinships on the server as well as numerous server first accomplishments [raiding]. While we do have regularly scheduled events, TLA is considered a casual player's kinship due to our laid back nature.

• There And Back Again - There and Back Again, a guild created in early Closed Beta which was one the first Kinship's to ever complete Book 8 on the Branywine Server. Originally from the Brandywine Server, a majority of the Kinship saw the end game content and has already been There and is now going Back again. Having finished basically the game in Beta, this time around we are a calm, laid back, and relaxed Kinship. We accept any race, class, and level and just want to have fun! Rush to 50 or just play it slow, like we have been it’s all in your choice of play! We are not afraid to go and repeat quests over and over again for members who need them and strive to create a fun and enjoyable community!

• The Red Legion The Red Legion is one of the games oldest and largest Kinships. We work together as a team to Explore, and progress in the game using our collective knowledge to experience the game and progress as a team.
