You can raise your Fellowship's Hope value through good old-fashioned hobbit-cheer. This does not stack with other Hope buffs.
Requires the Hobbit-resilience trait to be slotted.
Adds a non-stacking Hope bonus to your Fellowship.
Cost: 185 Power
Cooldown: 1h



This skill is acquired by completing the Enmity of the Spiders III Hobbit racial deed, and requires that the Hobbit-resilience racial trait be slotted in order to use the skill.
