Short
Just burn him down as fast as possible and mez, fear, or root the adds. Adds will despawn when Drugoth is defeated. It may help to pull him away from the middle of the courtyard, as when he is nearly out of morale, he will return there to call down Thorog. During this phase, characters will be out-of-combat, so it is a good time to eat food, buff up, and get in to position for the Thorog battle.
