This trait comes from completing the Champion class quests which may be obtained at level 45 from Gwesgylliel in Lin Giliath [13.7S, 44.9W] of the North Downs. Once the quests have both been completed, you will be given a quest by Gwesgylliel to see Gimli, who is at Glóin's Camp [24.8S, 4.0W] in the Misty Mountains, just north of Rivendell. He will give you the trait when you turn the quest in by talking to him. Once the trait is acquired, it can be placed into a legendary trait slot at a Bard.
